Crew Life at Sea had the incredible opportunity to attend the 2025 Career Fair in Windhoek, Namibia, a major event where young talents from Namibia and beyond gathered to explore career opportunities. The event, held on February 27th and 28th, 2025, at the DELK Community Center, was an essential meeting point for students, businesses, and educational institutions, creating a space for meaningful interactions and valuable connections.
This year, the fair saw strong international participation, with a notable presence of German and European companies actively seeking new talent. Many of these businesses were looking for young professionals for internships or full-time positions. It was a clear sign of the growing global interest in the Namibian talent pool. As a company always looking to recruit German-speaking individuals to join our crews aboard ships, the event offered a direct route to connect with young professionals eager to embark on their journey at sea.
