MOVING TO THE NEW CREWPASS

Already using the previous CrewPass?

Crew Life at Sea is currently moving crew members across to CrewPass 3.0. The previous portal below will remain available temporarily while we complete the transition.

✓ New CrewPass 3.0 Faster uploads, clearer onboarding progress, improved mobile access and your latest joining information in one place.

✓ Previous CrewPass Available temporarily for crew who have not yet been moved to CrewPass 3.0.

Haven't received your CrewPass 3.0 invitation yet? CrewPass 3.0 access is currently invitation-based. Please ask your Crew Life at Sea onboarding team to move you to the new portal. When requesting access, provide your full name, the same email address already registered with Crew Life at Sea, your Control Number and your cruise company if available. Please do not use a different email address, as this may prevent CrewPass from securely matching your onboarding profile.
